JOB TITLE: Technical Service Analyst

The role involves assessing the impact of changes to the network made by external suppliers, using the tools available. I am a self taught UBM Programmer – I use my skills and knowledge to create bespoke reporting tools.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

6 months Broadband support following on from building/fixing PC’s for friends/family. Started in the Migration Team two and a half years ago, was promoted to Team Leader, and then moved in to the Engineering Team nine months ago.
