JOB TITLE: Senior Support Services Engineer

This role involves responsibility for providing 3rd & 4th line support and for delivering complex requests for change to several critical line of business applications. Essentially, ensuring that customer systems operate within contracted service level agreements, by maximising reliability and stability through quality support and release procedures.

EDUCATION:

BEng Software Engineering at University of Ulster in Jordanstown

WORK EXPERIENCE:

Placement year spent working for Bank of Ireland Securities Services in Dublin. Joined Kainos as a graduate following completion of final year of study.
