New Smurfs Movie Will Be Live Action
Be Afraid, Be Very Afraid.
Live action with CGI!!!
Apparently, as Variety reports, David Stern and David Weiss, the authors behind the last two instalments of Shrek, are in talks to write the screenplay for the new Smurf movie. Part-CGI, part-live action – will this result in ruining a beloved creation or the chance to terrify a whole new generation? You’ll have to wait and see!
Disney scientists hope to build on 3D animation, computer graphics and special effects to take this to a whole new level by expanding into the areas of artificial intelligence and robotics.
